Exit Doors for Pick-Up

Grade 1-9 DISMISSAL DEPARTURES 

Students are dismissed at 3:02pm.  

 

My child takes the bus to go home. 

 

 

All Grade 1-9 bus students exit through the main entrance doors. 

 

My child is picked up at school by a parent or a guardian.

  • Parents meet their child at their assigned door. 
  • It is expected that parents/guardians pick-up their child promptly at dismissal. 
  • There is no parking/stopping in the bus lane. 
  • The parking lot is reserved for Holy Cross staff at all times.

My child is picked up by an external daycare.  

Daycare employees meet your child at their assigned door (see above). Parents communicate with the daycare. 

 

My child attends OSC at Holy Cross school.  

 

Students remain in the school and make their way to the OSC room at dismissal.  

 

After School Dismissal 

IMPORTANT: Please inform your child’s homeroom teacher and the office of any changes to their regular means of departure by 12:00pm/noon of that day. We may not be able to accommodate departure requests after this time.
